Thanks. Tried it and there is no power to it. The computer, printer ,modem are all plugged into the surge protector and the printer is the only one not working.
Don't think so. There was a model that someone opened the printer, like you do when you install the cartridges and saw a red light inside. NOT sure of the model number.

Hi Rick,
Yes tere is a light on the power brick. Wonder if printer just decided to go kaput.

Unplug the printer from the wall.
Remove the power brick for 60 seconds. This will reset any error message the printer is getting.

Can you try a different outlet, without the power strip?
Is there a light on the power brick?

Is there a fuse that might have blown in the printer? A repalcement one.
