944 Printer stuck in Chinese language

I have a new 944 printer that now has Chinese or Japanese as its default language.  I have tried holding the "on" and "cancel" buttons for 15 seconds to reset it but all it does is power down.

Does anyone else own a 944 that could walk me through the menu selection sequence?

Turn the printer off, then turn it back on again.  (to ensure we are starting from the same spot)

- Press the 'down' arrow 4 times
- Press the 'select/check' button
- Press the 'down' arrow one time

You'll now be in the 'language selection' menu.

- Use the left and right buttons to find 'English' then press the 'select/check' button.

Hope this helps!

Thanks!  Worked like a charm.  You accomplished in 100 words or less what 4 hours of phone conversations with Dell Tech Support could not accomplish.
