962 Wireless Scanner Application List - Doesn't Download

My wireless 962 scanner used to work fine, until now.  When I switched to scan on the printer it asks to select the computer.  After thats complete, its states that its downloading the application list.  After its done, it goes back to asking me to select the computer and it doesn't show the applications.  Now I can't scan anything anymore....  Anybody have any thoughts on this? It just suddenly started doing this...

I'm in the process of installing the 3300 print server. The 962 works fine when hardwired to USB port. When I switch over to the wireless all I can do is print. It sends me to the printer for other functions. Yes, I have checked the firewall for permissions and it is granted to the 962. Any ideas anyone? Anyone at all. Don't be shy. I'll be in your debt.

I am having the same problem. I just updated the firmware on the Wireless Printer Adapter 3300 from version N106 to N108. Rebooted the PCs and things seem to working now. We will see what the next couple of days bring.

I'm having the same problem. The printer works fine but I can't scan anything. I've checked my firewall & everything is set up okay for the wireless network. All I get is a loop back to "Downloading Application List"

I believe I have discovered the problem. Although the 3300 sescription indicates "you can use the printer anywhere on the network", or some such verbage, the truth is that once the printer is on the print server all operations, other than printing, must be controlled FROM THE PRINTER. All users must go to the printer to scan, copy or fax. When directly attached to a PC via USB all operations can be controlled by that PC. It's a small deception but I expect better!
