A920 All-in-One Printer Problems

Question

Help! My A920 printer all of the sudden has quit working.  Recently, when I was in an excel program, I tried to 'print preview' my document and a message came up that I needed to install a printer.  When I inserted the disc that came with the printer, a error message came up telling me 'setup has determined that the spooler service is stopped. In order to continue installation it must be started. Do you want the spooler service started now?' After clicking 'yes' I am kicked out of the installation and back to the desktop.  Also, if I restart my computer, the computer copies files for the A920 printer.  After the files are transferred, I get another error message that reads: 'An error occured during installation of the device.  The RPC Server is unavailable.' Does anyone have any suggestions?  I am very frustrated.  I spoke with a lady from India for an hour, she promised to call me back and I have not heard from her since.  Dell keeps promising that someone will be calling me within 24 hours, but I have yet to receive a call.  Thanks in advance for any help you can give me!

well, u should maybe totally uninstall it and then reinstall it, or u could do System Restore, and go back to an Earlier time.

the next time you should make a back up.  you should uninstal the printer and the program that you use.
