daveydave, you don't mention what OS you are using, so here is a link to the Dell downloads page where you can specify your operating system and you will be taken to a page with the latest A920 driver for your OS. I just did this this morning; the latest version of the driver software is 2.0
If for some reason this link doesn't work, go here
http://support.dell.com/support/downloads
and fill in the appropriate blanks to get you to the right download page. Not sure why you are unable to install from the CD -- maybe if you provide more info....
