Glad you got it working! :emotion-21: Thanks for posting back. Another member stated that it only scans images in Black & White. If you.re scanning images, you should still be able to use the Dell All-In-One Center for images. Use Simple OCR for documents.

Try downloading Simple OCR, it should work nicely with your printer.
