A940 & labels

Question

Help!  I have tried everything ( including sitting in the Dell tech support queue for 1 hr only to talk to a technician who told me he couldn't help me) to try to figure how in the heck I can print address labels with my new A940.  The labels are just a standard Avery 2160 label.  The printer doesn't seem to understand the paper size and prints the lables about 1 inch from the right margin, so the only thing that is actually printed on the label is the person's first name, house # and city where they live. Anyone figured this one out?

What program are you using to print the labels?  Avery has a free label program named Avery DesignerPro that can be downloaded from their website.  I use it to flawlessly print labels. Cliff
