A940 Printer Not Deleting Processes

Question

Whenever i print a document, the document completely prints, but it remains active. It says that thr process is deleting and it says that until i unplug the printer and plug it back in or until i restart the computer. Any help on how to fix this would be appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Try uninstalling and installing printer driver.
