There's a huge list of people who have tried installing, removing all possible conflicting programs, etc... Obviously there's a BIG problem with scanning dropping out on the 962, but Dell doesn't seem to be doing anything to help resolve this! The only solution people are referring to is buy an HP.
   Mine is the same story as all the others. Worked for a couple years, then stopped. Re-installed drivers, works fine on the wireless network as a printer, will no longer scan.
   Dell, are you out there & listening to your customers????
