I am having the same problem with my AIO 962.  Only happens when I have the browser open though.  If I am using any other program I can change preferences without a problem.  I haven't tried contacting Yahoo! yet to see if it may be on their end.  Have you?  Anyone else having this issue??

Hey Damps, I contacted SBC Yahoo!  Had no luck.  Did find something interesting though.  If I Use Internet Explorer browser I have no problems changing preferences.  It's only when I use Yahoo! browser.  Is yours the same?  Are you using SBC Yahoo DSL?  I'm thinking it's something on their end.  Let me know if you have any luck.

 

 

 

Called Yahoo, they said to contact Dell.  And so it goes. I, too, have no difficulty in changing print preferences in any other program, in any other browser.  I will pursue.
