All-In-One centre for the 944 needed!

Question

I havent been able to install the All-in-one centre for my Dell 944 printer despite installing the CD and downloading the driver from the Dell website numerous times. Each time I call Dell they get me to uninstall and install over and over again but they did not know what was wrong.   In the end I have to 'add printer' from the control panel to use it but would like the actual centre program.   Please could anyone help?   Jo

Hi Jo,

Please use the printers drivers CD and update the drivers(Dont Uninstall). u need to these:

1. Insert the CD into the drive.

2. Click Personal Installation

3. Typical Installation

It will say you have printer installed already, do u want to update drivers?

Click Yes. It will instal Aill-In-One center.

Please try and post the result.
