Authentication Failed when trying to update 3110cn setting

Just set up my 3110cn, and was able to get IP using AutoIP, and successfully setup on the network and print from 1 pc. However, i am trying to setup static ip on the server so that i can point directly to the print server address. When i change the setting, i was prompted for an login, which i used Admin as the username, and "password" for Password (i found this info on the forum here). but keep getting the Authentication Failed message. (i have never set the password, so it should be factory default)

I then try to update the firmware, hoping to reset it back to default. The process went ok, and the printer is back to ready to print again, but i still can't get the setting to apply as i am still getting authentication failed error.

Please help!!!

Did more search on Dell, and found this KB.

Looks like the Admin Password for 3110cn, 3115cn and 5110cn are not set by default. I have not yet tried this, but just thought i would share this out. :) Hopefully this fix my problem.
