I got a used Dell B1160. It didn't have toner when I got it, so I put in a new toner (3rd party, of course) I was able to successfully print a test page and then immediately sold it on eBay.
The guy on ebay says it gives him a paper jam error. I have him send it back and yep, sure enough there's a paper jam error. I shake it and whack it with my hand and a small piece of what looks like construction paper comes out through the back of the paper feed. I get it out and it still won't pull paper.
I try to print a test page and it doesn't even TRY to print -- the rollers don't even spin. Any ideas?
FWIW, I *did* update the firmware, but it didn't help.
