C1765 Error code 117-350

I have been unable to print to my c1765nfw.  The monitor doesn't show an error code, but when I print an error history report right from the printer it is giving error code 117-350.  I looked that up - it says to turn the printer off, wait ten seconds, then switch on.  Didn't work.  It then tells me to contact Dell - which, ironically for a tech firm, I can't seem to contact online.  Any suggestions?  My entire system is less than 6 months old - the xps8500, and it was all purchased together from Dell - and I'm running Windows 8.

It seems that the printer firmware has gone corrupt. You may update the latest printer firmware from the link: http://dell.to/12ZwAUm

Click on ‘Download File’ and follow on screen instructions.

Hope this helps. Please reply with the findings.
