C1765nfw - Scanning set up issues

I have a macbook pro, and have just bought this multi function printer.  I have successfully connected the printer to my wifi network and can use copy etc, but scanning and the set up of, is proving an issue.

I have logged onto the printer web page, created new addresses and input all the data as requested - server type, address, share name, server path, port, login, password etc, but every time I go to try and scan to network i am getting an error code 031 555 scan connect error.

I have NetBIOS and file sharing enabled and have checked paths for the file i want the scanned images to go to in my google drive, but still no joy.

Can someone in the technical support team please get in touch to help me set up scanning.

Thank you for posting to the forum. The error your getting is normally related to log in failure, which can be anything from the wrong IP address of the computer to log in credentials.
