Cannot print to 2330dn - Apps shut down

We have been using several 2330dn printers on our Server 2003 network without issue.  Recently, an older printer died and I replaced it with another 2330dn utilizing the same static IP.  Now when attempting to print to the 2330dn from any program in Windows, the program will act as if it has printed or completely shut down.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers on the server, updated firmware, patched and updated MS Office (started with 2003 and moved to 2007 hoping it would help) but to no avail.  I have swapped the first 2330dn with a second and am receiving the same issues.  Anybody have any suggestions?
