Cannot print via Network to 3000CN

Changed the settings on the printer:
Address setup: panel
IP address: 10.0.0.4
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 10.0.0.138
 
Mine computer:
IP address: 10.0.0.23
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 10.0.0.138
 
Network cable is adjusted. The green is on.
Cannot ping to the printer or connect via the webbrowser. Anyone any idea?

It could be your anti-virus or firewall software blocking communication. You will want to try clearing the nvram too. (Found on the printer panel, look for "Init NVRAM")
