Can't click continue when setting up wireless network on v725w
We've had this printer for about 1 1/2 years, and it used to work perfectly with my wireless network. We just moved and now have a new wireless network, and I can't get the printer to connect. I've run the installation software, but when I get to the part where you need to connect the printer to computer with USB, I can't click continue. I've checked the USB ports on my computer, but they both seem to be working fine. I've tried turning on and off both the printer and the computer, all to no avail. Help!

Hi JCBARTELL,
Thank you for reaching out to us. If the continue button is greyed out during the setup, then I request you to try the steps mentioned below.
Open Device Manager from Control panel
Expand Universal Serial Bus Controllers option
Right Click on Bluetooth and select Disable
Once you do this the Continue button automatically gets highlighted
Then Finish the installation and enable the Bluetooth option.
