Compatible Printer Drivers for 1700N

We have a our (2) Dell 1700N Laser Printer setup as network printers, unfortunately our old PT2000 software program is having problems.
 
We were told to install older compatible print drivers, being our software is older. 
 
Does anyone know what print drivers I should use?

These are rebadged Lexmark E3XX series.
 
Try this and see if that works!

This printer has a problem with supplied driver, driver that, for example, refuses to print thin cell borders from an Excel spreadsheet.

You can download from Lexmark.com AAZ drivers for the Lexmark Laser printer E342n.

Download and separately install PCL and Poscript PS3 drivers.
Lexmark_AAZ_Win2KXP_PCL_Emul_xx.exe
Lexmark_AAZ_Win2KXP_PS_xx.exe
where "xx" is your language reference.

Tipically, PS3 driver solves printing problems you can find with the Dell driver or, sometime, with the Lexmark PCL.
