make sure that the spOoler and the lexbce server is started. check mscOnfig and On the services tab yOu shOuld see lexbce, make sure that there is a checkmark On that. afterwards type On the run cOmmand, services.msc. try tO stop the print spOoler service and restart that again. if that dOes nOt wOrk, try tO disable any 3rd party firewall that yOu are using and then restart yOur system, Or dO a fresh install of the printer with the firewall turned Off. :smileyhappy: 

printer is printing, so there should be no problem with the services, we only get the message evrytime we use the scanner or run the All in one center, firewall is turned off while we are installing the driver, im thinking of reloading the Operating System as my last option ,if we still cant resolve the problem..

try to copy standalone, you will see if scanner and printer is working, if yes, try to reinstal driver and if do not solved problem is problem in win
