Dell 1250c print issues

Hi 

Hope someone can help me

I have noticed an issue with the print quality of my Dell 1250c colour laser printer.

The top part of any print out come out "cloudy" .

I have attached  image showing the problem.

Does any one know how to rectify the issue?
