Dell 1320c Horizontal lines
Hi
I have a Dell 1320c Color Laser that prints faint blue lines every inch on printouts. Does anyone know what I can do to get rid of the lines?

When diagnosing print quality issues, pictures speak a thousand words.
If you can, please scan or take some pictures of your defective images and post them with your reply. Use the "Insert Media" icon to locate the file on your computer and upload to include with your reply. (obtw.... max image width is 550 pixels)

I have the same problem, except the lines are at different intervals and also have color since my printer is a color one.
The 1320c sat for two years and some toner seems to have settled on the black, plastic-like rolling plate which is on the front access door of the printer when I open it.
I am unsure how to clean this since it is so sensitive to foreign objects touching it. Is there a way to clean this off without damaging the printer or do I just have to keep printing blank pages till it clears?
