Dell 1320c Randomly printing Printer settings, Device Settings & Error History Report

I have a Dell 1320c running on Windows 7 64 bit, all has been great for the 5 years I have had it until recently when it started printing a white line down the page.

I removed the fuser unit and everything works fine but now the printer randomly prints out the above reports and not only once but 9 times.

The computer the printer its attached to is switched off and it's not attached to a network, and yet when I go to the printer during the day the reports are sat on top of the printer.

I am very confused as it has never done this before.

Any suggestions to stop this greatly appreciated as I am going through both toner and paper.
