Hi,

I got a new laptop with windows 8.1

It finds and installs my dell 1320cn colour laser printer and automatically installs a driver, it comes up as 1320c HBP (not the same printer name as on my old xp computer)

First I have to change the tray setting from auto to tray 1 otherwise it won't print.

Second it doesn't recognise that the printer is a manual duplex printer.

I assume this means it is using the wrong driver?

supposedly the printer is 8.1 compatible.

I have been searching online for 2 hours I have read a couple of other messages from people with the same problem.

I have tried to follow these instructions but it is getting me nowhere..
