Dell 1815dn - Can Only Print Using Pypass

I have the Dell 1815dn. The problem is that I can print successfully using the bypass tray with the back door open only. It will jam if the back door is closed and/or the paper tray is used.

I've checked for stuck materials and objects - but don't see anything.

Any help would be great.
