Dell 1815DN Scanner Locked/Unlock Scanner error on Display
Hello everyone
The display on my Dell 1815DN says "Scanner Locked/Unlock Scanner" and I cannot fax or scan.
Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem. I appreciate your help

Aha!!! I have answered my own question.
There's a little blue toggle switch where the copies/scans come out from.
Pull the blue switch toward you, turn off the printer, wait a few seconds, and turn the printer back on.
Problem solved!!!
