Dell 2150cdn Color issues

I have a Dell 2150cdn that when you print the Color Test Page the printer in the lower left is faded. I've also noticed that the blue in the Financial Report isn't as dark as the one I printed from another 2150cdn. I've changed both the fuser and the PDU with not luck. Gone in and cleaned everything I could find to clean. Ran through all the basic maintenance tasks (Clean Developer, Toner Refresh, Drum Refresh) all with not change in print quality. Not sure what else I can check.
