Dell 2155cdn Duplex/SSF error

Question

Hello...Help.We have a Dell 2155CDN Color MFP printer. We cannot get it to duplex.If you change a word document to duplex, SSF (single sheet feed) will flash on the printerscreen and 024-969 will appear below. If you take out the duplex requirement,it will print fine.The PC has Windows 7. We have downloaded a new driver. We have deletedthe printer and rediscovered it and downloaded a driver that way. No use.The dupex will not work.The printer firmware version is 16.15. Any ideas?Thanks,Will

Hi Will,

Welcome to Dell Community Forum.

To enable duplex printing, please perform the following steps:

Click Start - Devices and Printers.
In Devices and Printers, right click on the printer, click "Printer Properties".
In the printer’s properties dialog box, switch to the Device Settings tab. In this tab, you should find an option to turn duplex printing on.
