Dell 2335dn Menu Lockout Passcode Reset
Hello, we have a Dell 2335dn Multifunction unit that has a passcode set on the operator panel and the previous user can't remember what it is, so we cannot get to any settings. Is there a way to reset this without knowing the code? I've read other posts on how to reset to factory defaults, but it requires that you know the passcode. Any other suggestions?

Unfortunately, you will need to call into Dell Support and have the provide a passcode to reset the printer. The Dell Support numbers are listed in the link below.

The printer is no longer under warranty, does that matter?
