Dell 2350dn laser printer - wireless printing?
I currently have a Dell 1720 B&W laser printer which I use with a a Dell 3300 wireless printer adapter. My wife and I regularly send print jobs to the printer over the wireless network. I have a Dell Latitude E4310 and a MacBook running OS X, she has a MacBook Pro running the latest OS.
The 1720 is starting to give out so I'm thinking of getting a Dell 2350DN network ready printer. My question is, will this printer work right out of the box -- will our laptops find it on our home network, and will we be able to print to it without going through the wireless print adapter?
thanks,
Mike

Do I need to use a LAN cable from my router to my printer? Isn't there a wireless solution for this printer?
Thanks,
Mike

Yes. No. The 2350dn does not have wireless capability. It only list a 10/100 base TX RJ45 ethernet port. See the Networking section in the Tech Specs tab.

Hi Chris,
Which B&W Dell laser printer under $200 would serve as a wireless network printer, and will I have to use my 3300 wireless printer adapter or would the printer have all that built inside?
Thanks
Mike
