"dell 3100cn" "invalid job"
When attempting print envelopes in the MPF tray - I get 'Invalid job press set' on the printer display. Printing from MS Word 2003 using the envelope printing function.
Any help would be appreciated.

Check you Paper Size and type and make sure they are set to envelope #10

Got it figured out - in MS Word you need to explicty set the envelope print options to MPF instead of automatic. Thanks for the reply.

Hi John -
Do the envelopes come out wrinkled and even crumpled? They do on my 3000cn. If they do not on yours, please share your secret.

Yes my envelopes do come out wrinkled. But we have the self-adhesive type and the documentation warns against this. Haven't tried plain envelopes yet....
