I removed the multiprotocol card, torn on the printer, and the message still there, I did the next step,

I push down the menu button and turn on the printer, a message came on asking me if I'm sure

to init the passwoed unit, then I push the cancel button an the status of the printer become REDY TO PRINT, but I only can print the test page, after that, may computer send me a error message, "The Document can not be printed".

I think, there is a problem whit the memory module or something else, but I can not find it, If some one can tell me where can I find it in the printer I will appreciate........ Thanks

hi, the memory module are located at the back of the printer, power off printer and remove the screw securing the metal cage and you could find it if it present, maybe your computer can't connect to printer so it show you that message, test conectivity pinging the printer if it's network connected

Thanks for your support, but the messege becomes when I turn on the printer, connected or not to the computer, I tried with USB, Parallel or RJ45 ports  and stand alone (just, turning on tha printer without a connection), but the error still there.... any other idea.
