Dell 962 All In One - Scanner Not Working

I have a 962 networked with a wireless adapter. The print, copy and fax features work, yet the scanner does not. I select "Scan" and it fills the application list, however when I press start nothing happens. I have followed steps on a previous forum post in order to completely uninstall and reinstall the software, and I am having the same issue. Can anyone help!?!
