I experienced the same problem. Nothing worked for me either. Then i discovered on options there is a self test. I ran it and it came out bad chip heater. As far as i know they cannot be replaced, so this printer lasted not quite 2 years. Total piece of junk! i hope you don't have this problem.

I just had the same problem---does this mean this printer is dead???
