I was just wondering if you were still having trouble with this firmware install. To check the file, I just downloaded the file (R77282.EXE) and ran through the process with no error messages. You need to make sure that you are running this from an admin account, with the printer connected and the printer software should be installed. All you should have to do is double click on the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
If you are having problems with this still, you may want to reply with further details and maybe someone will have further advice.
