DELL AIO 924 WILL NOT FAX!

I recently purchased Dimension E310 the printer included AIO 924. (2 weeks to be exact)
It will not fax at all ! I have tried everything and the message Check the Port in Device
Manager there are no ports listed ! Can I please get some help here! Dell will not help
because they claim it is a software issue we know what that is about!

Is your computer hooked up to a regular dial up telephone line or a high speed internet cable system.
