Dell B2360d Printhead error 111.50

Hello,

Bought a refurbished Dell B2360d from Ebay and it's giving me the ye olde printhead error 111.50. I've pulled it out, wiped everything down with a paper towel (it was super dirty but I don't know where specifically it would need to be clean), everything else seems fine connection wise. I've emailed the seller but thought I'd try here as well.
