The Dell Document Hub isn't working anymore. The corresponding iOS-App gives a login error and the corresponding url https://www.delldocumenthub.com/ is not reachable anymore. As my printers touchscreen isn't responsive anymore using the app is the only way for me to scan documents.

Same here! The printer no longer connects to Dell Document Hub. It gives and error stating, "Unable to Connect to Dell Document Hub. Check your internet connection."
Mind you, I am directly connected via LAN. Something is wrong on their end but want us to call just to tell us we have no warranty. This is not a warranty issue!
@DELL-Cares That's not possible as the device is out of warranty. But from my perspective there is nothing wrong with my device or configuration. It's about the reachability of the "Dell Document Hub" Service which can be checked literally from any device connected to the internet:
I have been using a C2665DNF for about 6-7 years with Document Hub and I went to use it this week and got the same error. This has worked consistently for a long time now. Did Dell discontinue the service? I can't seem to find anything that says the feature has been turned off.
https://www.delldocumenthub.com/ showed a 503 error for the whole of last week. There was not even a single note of Dell, which said that this service is being discontinued.
Please investigate, why the website, which is required for all our printers to work correctly, is down for more than a week already.
The issue is Dell's DNS. www.dell.com/dochub redirects to delldocumenthub.com, which is failing DNS. Dell Support thought I was opening a request case here and asked for service tag etc, then told me what I already knew - my printer was out of warranty. Not the issue... Dell needs to fix the DNS entry for their service - or tell us the service no longer is available.
I've been watching the page since Andy's post about the DNS issue. This JUST came up. Dell Doc Hub is no longer.
Please be informed that beginning November 15th, 2021, the Dell Document Hub service (both web interface and mobile application) will be decommissioned and no longer supported. We greatly appreciate your utilization of Dell's legacy print-based applications. For any questions related to the decommissioning of Dell Document Hub, please contact Toner@Dell.com
For me this means that I can not use my DELL printer anymore as scan to OCR is essential for me. This means I have to discard a working good printer - THIS IS NOT sustainable IT!
There was no announcement about this shut down at all. I guess my company will stop buying any DELL-equipment as sustainable as sustainability is an important value for our company.
Like most of you, I'm obviously sad to see this feature go from my printer. Being able to scan to Dropbox immediately without any usb, email, etc. in between was such a huge lifesaver during the pandemic, where I had to print, sign and scan many documents.
... as to story: "Please be informed that beginning November 15th, 2021, (....) "
I really don't buy that this was a planned decommission. The website was 503 most probably on November 15th and down after. My best guess: The service went down, nobody knew what to do and the guy, who coded it, is gone.
