Dell Laser MFP 1815dn Network Scan Not Loading

Hello,

I have a Dell Laser MFP 1815dn printer on my network.

The Dell Laser MFP 1815dn printer is connected to the network by a d-link switch.

I have 10 various objects (laptops, servers and workstations) printing through this printer.

The Dell Laser MFP 1815dn printer Network Scan loads in the system tray, in ALL the objects I've installed it in, with the exception of 1 Sony Vaio running Vista.

Each and everyday, the User has to manually load the Dell Laser MFP 1815dn Network Scan. Why???

Is there some configuration I need to process in Vista?????

Let me know...

Thank you,

Not too sure why it's doing what you're saying, but it should be fairly easy to add that process to your startup folder so it starts each time the system starts

Outside that, have the latest drivers updates for this printer from Dell's Website been applied?

"Thank You", for your timely response.

I loaded the Network Scan manually.

I then right-clicked the icon in the system tray.

I chk'd the "options" selection, and there is a chk mark for "Launch Network Scan when Windows starts."

But the Network Scan does not load.

I will see if there are ANY updates/upgrades needed to be made.

Thank you,
