Helllo,
 
I try to use this new Open Manage Print Manager to manage my 80 Dell printers.
When I start the related services, the server becomes to run very slowly and is unusable after a few minutes.
The sql icon status stays yellow, keep trying to connect to the database.
The server is brand new and runs a freshly installed Windows Server 2003 R3 with the last updates.
Where can I have some support ?

You can get support by calling Dell's tech support line.

Option 3 Tech Support
"Printer"
"Yes" to "is it a laser or OMPM"
Let the tech know you have an OMPM specific question.
