Dell Photo 720

My printer continues to skew the paper to the right and jams every time.  Can someone help me understand how to keept this from happening??

 

I've:

 

1) ensured that I don't have too much paper

2) the paper is loaded correctly (at least to the best of my knowledge)

3) the paper lever on the left is up against the paper ensuring the paper is all the way to the right

 

I can see that the paper is being pulled by a device on the right.  I don't see this same device on the left, which I think is why the paper is being pulled to the right???

 

Can someone help?
