Dell photo printer 720 not printing

My ink cartrages are both reading as full, and I know that neither have been used much, but were working a few months ago. They've been installed completely, and teh printer is looking like it's printing, but nothing is coming out of the cartrages. The paper goes through and comes out blank. I tried both black and color. I'm not getting an error message of any kind.

When the ink carts are not used for a while, The ink dries in the ink cart print heads. The head cleaning menu in the printer will not disolve dried ink. This will.
To clean the ink cart print heads, remove ink carts. Soak the bottoms in 1/2 inch of hot water for 15 to 30 minutes. Blot dry with clean paper towel. You should see the colors of ink on the towel. Replace and try printing.
