Dell Printer 2355dn - Will not turn on completely
When I turn the printer on, it powers up and it runs thru some of it's normal process then gets stuck on the screen with the Dell Logo and says please wait; nothing happens after this point.
Has anyone else had this problem and do you know how to fix it?

Hi Hlth2u,
Welcome to the Community.
Removing all data cables and the toner (and any other options such as extra ram/tray 2 or drawer 2 etc if present) and restart printer with these removed. If the printer goes beyond Dell Logo,it proves its a removable part that's at fault.

I tried this and I still get stuck on the logo. What would my next step be?

Hi Hlth2u,
Please try updating the Latest Firmware for the printer
If the firmware update fails then the controller card for the printer needs replacing
