Dell Printer H815DN error (016-387)

1- Printer is giving an error when power is turned on. Error (016-387) on Printers LCD it reflects as it is downloaded some software from USB and it goes to 100% and error appears.

Panel Module

Tried to login into DIAG Mode by holding 456 and password 225 and it says please wait and then instead of going into DIAG Mode restarts . 
Tried to update Firmware with USB and it says Sending the data but nothing happens.
Tried to do same through Network but nothing. 
Unplugged, power cable, Network Cable, USB Cable, even lithium cell from the mainboard.

Same issue. 

Any ideas which could help me.

Figured out to reset NVRAM by taking NVRAM chip off the mainboard and now when you start the printer it gives following error.
NV RAM Error
Restart the printer.
Contact customer support if this failure is repeated.

Attached the NVRAM chip back on mainboard and again error 016-387 appears.

Removed NV RAM Chip, Lithium Cell Battery from Mainboard, unplugged Power Cord waited for couple of minutes and attached every thing back on. And drum roll - Same 016-387 error LOL. 
Hope some body more technical or somebody from support personal helps out.

Great news I just called Dell Support and they informed me that Technical Support Department for Dell Printers has been eliminated so if you have bought a Dell Printer you are out of luck. Your printer is now just a brick. Throw it out of window and do not buy Dell Products. Any company who is unable to support their own products is not trust worthy, even if they give you their product free.
