Try running Delete Print Jobs as administrator, then restart your computer. This will clear all print job(s) stuck in the queue.
Also turn off the printers balloon tips as there is an issue with the balloon tips and Internet Explorer causing the printer to print only one page, then the computer would need restarted to print the rest of the print job(s)
Turn off the balloon tips for the printer.
(Right click) Start, control panel, devices and printer, your printer, printing preferences, advanced, more options. Tell it to never show.
