Before you update the firmware make sure you select the correct firmware according to your printer Wireless card you have.To update the firmware, remove the Print Head from the printer and connect the USB cable to the Printer as Print Head update would not work wireless.

Hi,
There are few troubleshooting steps to identify if the issue is with the color cartridge:
1) From the printer control panel, press OK. .
2) Press the arrow buttons to scroll to Maintenance, and then press OK..
3) Press the arrow buttons to scroll to Deep Clean Print Head then press OK.
4) Press the arrow buttons to scroll to Align Printer, and the press OK.
Change the color cartridge and then make a printout which has blue color in it and check if it is able to make a printout in blue color.
If the problem still persists update the firmware of the printer, sending the link for your reference:
