Dell V715w Printer - Cannot delete document in queue

Question

I have had this printer for over a year with no problems.  Today I hit the print icon on an email and waited.  It never printed.  I went to the queue and it was there.  I have tried everything I can think of to delete it with no luck.  I've turned the computer and printer off, selected cancel and cancel all documents, followed the printer troubleshooting guide all with no results.  Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated.

PS32,   Try running Delete Print Jobs to remove any stuck print job in the queue.   Restart your computer.     Rick
