"Diagnosing" Error Message on Dell 5100CN
Hi All,
We have a Dell 5100CN with just a "Diagnosing" on the control panel. It will go no further, basically it just sits there and wont do anything.
Any ideas...?

Have you solved your problem with the “Diagnosing” message, because I have it now too, and I cannot find any useful information on the Internet?
