Error message AIOC exe has stopped working when i try to scan on Dell 920 AIO printer
I started receiving this erro message after downloading photoshop cs5. I have removed photoshop cs5 and have reinstalled all the drivers as outlined in an earlier post and I still can not scan. I can print but not scan. PLEASE HELP

Make and model of your computer and operating system is helpful.32-bit or 64-bit?
Make and model of your printer and how it's connected to your printer, usb or wireless?
Could you also include the virus program and firewall you're using.
