Errors since installing a new m5200

I have 2 clients who recently bought Dell M5200 lasers. Now they both have difficulty printing large print jobs.  They both get an 'Invalid Seek Offset' error during the printing process.  The applications they both are running are written in Visual Foxpro.

Both have server 2003 and  XP workstations. The HP and Lexmark lasers these Dell's replaced never had this problem.

I checked to see if Dell offered a newer driver but the only one I can find on the Dell site is dated July '03, the same that ships with the laser.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Don't use the Dell drivers.
I have 23 of these printers, and I usually use HP5 drivers (at 2 locations, I had to use HP4) and don't do advanced settings in the printer properties. (I don't even set it so it knows it has a second drawer).

Once I stopped using the Dell drivers and monitor s/w,all of my printing problems ended.
